Boston, MA – Gregory James (Jim) Van Etten, a pro se litigant in Van Etten v. Fattman et al. (D. Mass. Case No. 4:24-cv-40113-MRG; 1st Cir. Case No. 25-1095; Mandamus No. 25-1852), today announced his intent to escalate his fight against alleged fraudulent service of process and unconstitutional child-support enforcement to the United States Supreme Court as early as Monday, October 7, 2025.
